The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical management and delivery of high-voltage substation works. You will ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in all technical and operational aspects of the projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical management and execution of high-voltage substation works.
• Scope, plan, and provide technical support for all works as required.
• Ensure plant and equipment are compliant, in good working order, and fit for purpose.
• Provide support in estimating works, ensuring accurate pricing and resource allocation.
• Mentor and guide team members to uphold high standards of performance, safety, and quality.
• Take responsibility for the safety of yourself, your team, and the public, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
