Job duties include
Coordinate and manage daily operations of cleaning services.
Maintain regular communications with clients and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure services meet company standards and client expectations.
Monitor use of equipment, materials, and supplies; ensure availability and proper usage.
Prepare reports, maintain service documentation, and support budget control.
We are looking for someone with a management qualification (Diploma or higher) or at least three years of relevant expereince.
We will offer a minimum of 30 hours per week.
