Responsibilities

• Domino lead
• Review Domino application inventory and assign ownership
• Ensure the scanning tool functions correctly and address errors
• Ensure the Domino tool feeds data accurately into the PowerBI dashboard
• Manage Central Repository of inventory of to be demised Applications
• Collaborate with HSBC Storage team for Enterprise Vault space allocation
• Work with regional Domino support teams for cleanup in regulated countries
• Implement the consolidation plan seamlessly without affecting endusers
• Assess Domino environment capacity and develop a consolidation plan
• Design a plan for automatic and transparent user redirection to new servers
