We are looking for a qualified carpenter with a minimum of three years’ experience in a Foreman role. The ideal candidate will :

Qualifications

• Be a Qualified Carpenter, preferably with LBP license.
• Be reliable.
• Be friendly, flexible and proactive.
• Be an effective team leader.
• Have your own tools.
• Work well with others.
• Communicate well.
• Have great decision-making skills.
• Management skills - especially leading teams and working with apprentices.
• Good understanding of construction methodology and the technical aspects of construction.
• Effective time management.
• Be well presented.
• Be able to run a job on time.
• Experience with Procore is an advantage.
