We are looking for a qualified carpenter with a minimum of three years' experience in a Foreman role.

The ideal candidate will :

Qualifications

Be a Qualified Carpenter, preferably with LBP license.

Be reliable.

Be friendly, flexible and proactive.

Be an effective team leader.

Have your own tools.

Work well with others.

Communicate well.

Have great decision-making skills.

Management skills - especially leading teams and working with apprentices.

Good understanding of construction methodology and the technical aspects of construction.

Effective time management.

Be well presented.

Be able to run a job on time.

Experience with Procore is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Running jobs in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Completing carpentry work to a high standard.

Working closely with employees and subcontractors.

Managing sites including employees, subcontractors and suppliers.

Maintaining the business's work health and safety policy on site at all times.

Conducting toolbox talks and site inspections.

Keeping track of variations.

Building relationships and communicating clearly with clients.
