Able Minds is seeking passionate and community‑minded Practitioners to support our EduConnect attendance service, a trauma‑informed, identity‑affirming initiative that re‑engages ākonga aged 5–16 who are chronically absent or non‑enrolled in school.
You’ll be out in the community, working alongside whānau, schools, and social services to remove barriers, co‑design Attendance Improvement Plans (AIPs), and help young people reconnect with education and thrive in their learning environments.
This mobile, relationship‑based role is ideal for someone who succeeds in diverse settings, values whānau‑centred practice, and brings a strong understanding of youth development, education, and cultural frameworks like Te Whare Tapa Whā.
