Job descriptionLeadership experience at a third-tier level including leading staff At least 10 years relevant experience Experience in organisational performance improvement in an activity or departmental level The ability to create a continuous learning environment and departmental psychological safety Strong background in community engagement. Excellent relationship development, management and facilitation skills. Proven track record of working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve results.

In this role, you will :
- Oversee the Community Libraries, i-Site, Community Housing and Facilities, Aquatic Services, Community Development and Planning, Freedom Camping, and Economic Development.
- Build and sustain the strong relationships that underpin effective community services.
- Be a member of the senior leadership team who provide strategic leadership, champion Council’s vision, uphold statutory responsibilities, contribute to organisation-wide outcomes, and model a collaborative, high-performance culture.
