Financial Adviser – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Mercer is seeking candidates for the role of Financial Adviser on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The position is based in either Wellington or Auckland and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop customer relationships by providing tailored financial advice in accordance with Mercer’s Financial Advice Policy and addressing general customer inquiries.
• Ensure all risk and compliance requirements are met in line with Mercer’s compliance standards.
• Present at financial education seminars for customers, both in‑person and online, to enhance their understanding of financial products.
• Contribute to a seamless customer experience by identifying and implementing service improvements.
