As a Delivery Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our Mobility services. Within your region you'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, oversee operations, and drive continuous improvement across our Mobility products and services. We are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee our operations in the following region : Central North — Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Coromandel.

What You'll Be Doing

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Team Management : Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support.
• Operational Excellence : Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Financial Performance : Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including members, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
