The role oversees day-to-day service monitoring, optimisation, and incident management, while also coordinating the technical delivery of projects and developing long-term application roadmaps aligned with the digital strategy and budgets.

It provides leadership to architects, developers, and analysts, ensuring team capability, performance, and engagement, while fostering collaboration across ITS and with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes and customer experiences.
