The Role : Project Manager (Sensor & Systems Integration)
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects within a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring successful execution from planning to implementation, while managing stakeholders and maintaining compliance with relevant policies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Provide regular progress updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and financial tracking.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth system implementation.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proposing effective solutions to ensure project continuity.
Oversee contractual and payment matters, ensuring systems meet agreed service levels.
Ensure systems and processes comply with prevailing security and operational policies.
Manage integration and testing of hardware / software components to meet contractual obligations.

Work with cross-agency teams to enhance sensor systems using data analytics and AI.
(Optional)
Optimize sensor deployments through data engineering to reduce redundancy.
(Optional)
Support cybersecurity practices to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in networking or system integration; senior roles require 8+ years.
Solid understanding of sensor deployment, system / network integration, and infrastructure setup.
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, especially in edge sensor environments.
Experience with video surveillance technologies and critical operations is advantageous.
Strong project planning and facilitation skills; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage tight timelines effectively.
