Position Overview
To drive and manage programs for the entire healthcare system or across Public Healthcare Clusters, the role involves delivering anticipated benefits through a broad, collective view of all program components (systems / products / services). This includes managing the roadmap of inter-related projects in a coordinated manner to achieve holistic benefits. Collaboration with governance bodies and sponsors ensures alignment with strategic goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize delivery.
The ideal candidate possesses strategic thinking, program planning and delivery experience, and a strong project management foundation. Confidence in leading cross-functional teams in a structured manner is essential for delivering quality program benefits. Pursuing excellence, strong communication skills, negotiation competence, resiliency, and the ability to manage uncertainty, change, and complexity at all levels are crucial. Engaging and influencing both internal and external stakeholders effectively is key to garnering support for the program and realizing intended benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead the department / program by managing the implementation of key functional modules as specified in the project scope
Manage multiple stakeholders across all clusters & agencies
Responsible for the execution from initiation to completion
Determine the project goals to ensure that the project supports business objectives and strategies
Develop project plans that include requirements, scope, deliverables, budget and schedules
Define project tasks and resource requirements and to achieve optimal utilisation of resources
Manage the risks that affect the delivery of the project outcome
Track project deliverables and ensure that the projects are completed within budget, schedules and quality standards
Implement process improvements to reduce development time and assist in the integration of complex business factors to implement long-term strategic planning objectives
Present reports and project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 12 years of expereince in managing SAP Projects
Experienced PM with in-depth business process experience
Ability to manage communication with project stakeholders, including senior management (internal and external)
Strong communicator and stakeholder management
Ability to multi-task and take on multiple mid to large scale projects
Self-starter with strong initiative
