About the Role
As our Client Services Account Manager you will provide support service and assistance to customers and the sales team. You will manage all day‑to‑day aspects of the customer to ensure satisfaction and growth. This role will require attendance at training to continuously improve product knowledge and service levels. The principal accountabilities and responsibilities directly support the sales team through collaborative and functional business productivity.

Support account managers in providing prompt service to customersProvide an accessible day‑to‑day contact point for customersProactively engage with customers, account managers and other teammates within InsightAct as the first point of contact for defined customers on all enquiriesSupport accounts by processing orders and quotes, answering enquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, credit, catalogue / price‑list management, and volume licensing questions via phone or emailAssist in educating the customers about Insight and related servicesInteract with other departments to resolve customer issuesRespond to customer complaints and involve the Client Service Manager in the process of resolving the issue to the satisfaction and benefit of both the customer and InsightAttend designated product training seminars and remain knowledgeable of department functions and system technologyObtain relevant vendor certifications as requiredDevelop strong working / selling relationships with internal operations teams and business partner managersDevelop relationships with vendor partnersComplete required tasks that impact the success of Insight at month endProactively manage all processes and customer engagement for renewalsProvide collaborative and backup support to all teammates within Client ServicesUnderstand and deliver to customers agreed SLA’sMaintain notes and required information to facilitate uninterrupted customer serviceBe AmbITious : This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. Strong customer service experience in the technology (hardware & software) industry – can proactively identify, make decisions and resolve customer issuesSupply chain experiencePrevious Microsoft licensing experience is desirableStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work autonomously with minimum supervisionAbility to manage work expectations in times of high demandAbility to organise, prioritise, and multitask workload, customer expectations, and ad‑hoc requestsAbility to determine problem areas and recommend solutionsAbility to demonstrate initiativeImpeccable follow‑up skillsExceptional attention to detailWhat You Can Expect
