Job descriptionLead and supervise the Reservations team to deliver outstanding guest service. Ensure smooth operation of the reservation process and handle escalations as needed. Collaborate with Front Office and Sales & Marketing to optimize occupancy and guest experience. Monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive team environment. Proven experience working in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role. Calm and composed under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills. Professional and friendly phone manner, able to communicate clearly and courteously. Strong leadership qualities, able to inspire, motivate, and support a team. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Positive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges. Comfortable using reservation systems and basic office software.
