Are you passionate about continuous improvement, quality assurance, and making things work better? We're looking for a Technical Assurance Improvement Advisor to help us take Powerco's Technical Assurance Framework to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing :

Spot and prioritise opportunities for improvement through data analysis and team input.

Provide guidance on improvement methods and help teams deliver on their goals.

Carry out assurance reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO55001.

Track progress, measure success, and keep improvements on course.

Travel to sites around New Zealand to carry out assurance work.

What We're Looking For :

Experience in quality assurance, internal audit, or compliance monitoring (ISO55001 a plus).

Strong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Confidence using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Someone who enjoys working with others and driving positive change.
