We have a small but busy practice based in Merivale where we provide high-end denture services.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswering phone calls, booking appointments, providing accurate and basic information to callers and in-person visitorsWelcome and assist visitors, patients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Help create a positive patient experienceEnsure the reception area and clinic is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary suppliesRecord keeping, stock control, and ordering suppliesAdministrative tasks, creating documents and manuals, invoicing, and taking paymentsOther duties as requiredThe right team member must be a great communicator to both patients and colleagues, maintaining excellent rapport with both, and demonstrate good time management skills to meet timelines.
You will need to be proficient with both the computer and phone, as well as day-to-day maintenance tasks related to normal business operations.The position is for 5 days, Monday to Friday, 35 to 40 hours per week on agreement.The remuneration package depends on skills and experience.A minimum of 3 references is required; applicants must have NZ residency or a valid work visa.
