What you’ll do

As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll work in a cross-functional capacity across our digital teams, with a primary focus on enhancing and optimising NZTE’s internal apps and platforms. You’ll evaluate new AI offerings and identify opportunities to streamline processes, drive innovation, and deliver value for our people.

Your impact will include :

• Using your analytical expertise to uncover, articulate and validate business challenges, opportunities and solutions for our internal systems.
• Diving deeply into workflows and processes, collaborating with stakeholders to design smarter, more efficient ways of working.
• Evaluating and recommending new tools, features and technologies to continuously enhance our internal systems and implement improvements.
• Building strong trusted relationships between digital and data technical teams, stakeholders and vendors to translate technical concepts for end-to-end delivery.
