This is a newly created position where you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial performance and supporting leaders across the business.

You\'ll be the second most senior member of the Finance Team, and potentially the successor to the CFO longer term, making this a really exciting opportunity that offers longer term growth as well.ResponsibilitiesLeading budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and long-term planning processesProviding clear analysis and reporting to drive decision-makingPreparing reconciliations and producing meaningful dashboards and reportsPartnering with leaders to align insights with operational and strategic goalsMonitoring performance metrics, highlighting risks, and supporting improvement initiativesSupporting compliance, governance, and statutory reporting requirementsBuilding financial capability across the organisation through tools and trainingSupporting payroll, asset management, and insurance coordinationAbout YouWe\'re Looking For Someone With a Strong Finance Background Who Enjoys Working Closely With Others To Add Real Value.
