In this role, you'll provide financial insights and advice that support regional leaders make informed decisions and drive strong, sustainable performance.
You'll work alongside Regional and Area Managers, partnering across business groups and with the Corporate Services Team to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, operational planning, and performance reporting.
You'll also get the chance to lead or support projects that make a real difference for the organisation.

Nga pumanawatanga ou | What you will bring 3+ years' experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, financial analysis, and business case input, with strong management accounting knowledge.
Proven business partnering experience, especially with non-financial managers, and the ability to present and train confidently.
Skilled in coordinating operational budgets, evaluating financial proposals, and producing clear management reporting.
Strong Excel capability and ability to work with complex data; understanding of Not-for-profit financial management is a bonus.
Tertiary qualification in Finance / Commerce / Business, plus a full driver's licence and willingness to travel domestically.
