As a Quality Management Specialist, you will lead the implementation and management of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001 principles for the Commercial and Contracts team. You will transform our approach from compliance management to proactive quality management, ensuring consistent service delivery, reducing operational risks, and driving continuous improvement across all commercial and contract operations. This includes :

• Lead the development and implementation of a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 : 2015 principles without pursuing formal accreditation
• Design and implement process management systems
• Integrate operational risk management with quality processes
• Establish quality metrics and performance indicators linked to quality requirements
• Conduct internal quality audits and manage corrective and preventive action processes
• Lead evidence-based decision making through data analysis and quality performance measurement
• Coordinate quality management across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Provide expert advice on quality management methodologies and continuous improvement techniques, and develop and deliver quality management training
• Lead and support internal improvement projects by analysing existing processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

The salary range for this role is $124,292 – $151,913 +3% KiwiSaver contribution.
