Job description

• Daily Operations Management : Oversee daily shop operations, develop and maintain standard operating procedures, and ensure smooth workflow and professional service delivery.
• Health, Safety & Compliance : Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards, establish and supervise sterilization protocols, and maintain relevant records.
• Financial, Purchasing & Inventory Management : Develop and implement purchasing policies, manage inventory levels, verify sales records and financial reports, use software for data analysis, control costs, and prepare budgets.
• Human Resource Management : Handle recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management of staff, foster a positive work environment, and assist with payroll and tax matters.
• Client Service Management : Oversee the client process from enquiry to aftercare, address client feedback and complaints promptly, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Marketing & Business Development : Determine product mix and set prices; develop and execute marketing initiatives, manage social media and online presence, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• General Responsibilities : Uphold the company's brand image and values, collaborate with the team to achieve goals, and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
