About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administration
Team Leader to join our HR Shared Services Leadership Team at Health New
Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury.
In this pivotal role, you will provide leadership and
operational oversight to a team of administration specialists who deliver
high-quality HR-related administrative and customer support services across the
organisation.
You'll play a key part in maintaining service excellence, driving
process improvement, and ensuring compliance in all aspects of people
administration and support.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment'balancing

Key Responsibilities
day-to-day leadership, management, and support to the administration team.

Essential Skills and Experience
leadership experience within an administrative or HR environment.
understanding of HR systems, processes, and legislative compliance (e.g.
Holidays Act).

commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and equitable outcomes.
levels of integrity, professionalism, and self-awareness.
in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
experience in developing and coaching teams to achieve success.
Desirable Qualifications
qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources,
or a related field.
