Based in Hamilton's Tamahere district, RSG operates state-of-the-art facilities delivering comprehensive reproductive services across multiple species and serving both domestic and international markets.Position SummaryThe General Manager will lead RSG's strategic direction and operational excellence, overseeing all aspects of the business including our five core business units : Cattle Reproductive Services, Semen Freezing Centre, Semen Storage and Dispatch, Boar Stud operations, and Small Ruminant Reproductive Services.

This senior executive role requires a visionary leader who can drive growth, maintain operational excellence, and advance RSG's position as New Zealand's premier animal reproduction services provider.
