Join Figured as a Graduate Customer Success Specialist to support customers in maximizing platform value within a hybrid work environment in Auckland.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Onboarding and educating new customers to ensure a smooth and successful start with Figured.
- Collaborating closely with Support and Product teams to resolve customer challenges and escalate key insights.
- Identifying opportunities for customers to better use Figured, driving higher engagement and renewal.
- Becoming a product expert on the Figured platform and the farming industry it serves.
Qualifications
The company is looking for :
Recent graduates (within the last 18 months) with a degree relevant to Figured’s business, including Accounting & Finance, Business & Commerce, Computer Science or Information Technology, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about the Ag-Tech sector.A positive, can-do attitude thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.No prior work experience required, but a sharp mind, drive to succeed, and passion for technology and customer service are essential.Benefits
