We're looking for bright, motivated, and recently graduated individuals to join our exceptional Customer Success team. This isn't a typical entry-level role—it's a chance to quickly become a product expert, a trusted advisor, and a key driver of customer engagement and growth.

As a Graduate Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the voice of Figured and a core connection point for our customers, helping them maximise the value they get from our platform. You'll be supported by a tight-knit team and given the tools and mentorship to rapidly develop your professional skills.
