Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Travel Advisor located in Mt Eden, Auckland. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and arranging travel plans. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing client travel inquiries, designing tailored travel itineraries, and booking flights, accommodation, and other travel services. As a Travel Advisor, you will also communicate with clients to understand their preferences and needs, and provide expert advice on travel options.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations
• Ability to work efficiently on‑site in Auckland
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in luxury travel advisory is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
