EOI for Senior and Lead Engineers in Energy and Water

As we expand outside Taranaki, we seek Senior & Lead Engineers with backgrounds in Energy and Infrastructure (preferably water) to join our teams in Taupo or Auckland.

About you

You are an experienced Senior / Lead Engineer passionate about diverse projects and engineering excellence in oil & gas, manufacturing, dairy, infrastructure, and heavy industries.

You will bring key skills including :

  • Technical Expertise : Proficiency in your discipline, capable of developing innovative solutions and managing complex projects. CPEng or similar accreditation.
  • Client Engagement : Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, articulate technical concepts, influence stakeholders, and sell ideas.
  • Commercial Acumen : Business insight with experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and aligning solutions with business goals.
  • Leadership and Mentorship : Proven leadership, mentoring junior staff, and leading successful projects.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset : Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow our services in New Zealand.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent in verbal and written communication, producing clear reports and presentations.
  • Adaptability : Flexible across disciplines and industries, adaptable to changing project needs.
