Key responsibilitiesTeamwork & collaboration – Work closely with your syndicate team and Syndicate Leader to ensure effective planning and shared success.Cultural responsiveness – Honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi, integrate te reo Maori, and model high expectations for inclusive practice.Wellbeing & PB4L – Support akonga through pastoral care, restorative practices, and PB4L pedagogy.Curriculum development – Contribute to NZ Curriculum Refresh initiatives, with a strong focus on structured approaches to literacy and numeracy.Innovation & creativity – Incorporate digital tools and innovative approaches to meet the diverse needs of all learners.Sense of fun – Bring energy, enthusiasm, and humour to create a positive and engaging learning environment.What we offerAt Maunu School, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
