Each Tangata has unique care needs, and you’ll support them with all aspects of daily living. Whether you're new to support work or bring prior experience, we welcome your application. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure all Kaiāwhina | Support Workers are confident and well-equipped for the role.
You will be sharing the one-on-one care with another Support worker and will have rostered shifts on the following days

Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two – four weeks of employment and is a mixture of practical training, online self-directed learning, and working with a buddy trainer.
$1.00 per hour extra in your pay for weekend work!
