Location : Remote - US

The Role

As the Vice President of Engineering, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, leading the technology strategy, execution, and innovation across all consumer-facing digital platforms. This includes our eCommerce websites, commerce platforms, and retail store technologies such as Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Your leadership will ensure seamless, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences that drive customer engagement and business growth. As a key member of the technology leadership team, you will partner closely with Product, Digital, Retail, and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class omnichannel experiences. You will oversee engineering teams responsible for architecture, development, operations, and support of DTC platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical excellence, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate for Impact : Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless and integrated customer experiences.
• Drive Modernization : Lead efforts in architectural modernization, platform scalability, and system reliability to support our growth.
• Strategize for Growth : Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies that drive brand growth and market expansion.
• Be the Face of Innovation : Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing our brand presence and showcasing our technological advancements.

$310,000 - $340,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
