Your Role Will Involve

• Providing career counselling and vocational guidance to clients at different stages of their return-to-work journey
• Supporting clients with CVs, cover letters, and job applications to help them present their best selves
• Coaching individuals in job search strategies and interview preparation to build confidence and independence
• Liaising with a range of suppliers and service providers to coordinate holistic client support
• Managing case funding and documentation with attention to detail
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and positive outcomes

What You'll Bring

This role requires some essential skills and qualificactions. To be considered you mush have the following :

• A minimum of two years' experience in vocational rehabilitation, employment services, or a related field
• Proven experience delivering ACC contracts and services, including Back to Work and Initial Occupational Assessments (IOA).
• Full, clean driver's licence and confidence working across community settings
• The right to work in New Zealand
• Tertiary qualification in Career Counselling, Social Work, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• Membership with CDANZ, RCSA, ASORC, or RCAA (or eligibility to obtain)
