About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting our New Zealand Supply Chain operations across three key sites in Royal Oak and Avondale.
As a key member of the site leadership team, you’ll partner with senior manufacturing and logistics leaders across two operational sites to drive performance, build leadership capability, and foster a strong Team Sanitarium culture. This role blends strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations and leads a small, dedicated team.
