Intensive Support Worker - Night shift

NZCL is looking for energetic and motivated people to support our clients in residential services in New Plymouth.

We are looking for permanent, full-time night shift Support Workers to work alongside, coach, and mentor rangatahi and tamariki in our intensive support services in New Plymouth.

What does a Support Worker do? - He aha te mahi a te kaimahi tautoko?

Our Support Workers assist rangatahi and tamariki who access our services to live as independently as possible in their community.

You will :

• Work as a team to ensure consistency in your approach
• Support tamariki or rangatahi to go to school or access education
• Observe and respond to health concerns or support the overall health and wellbeing of the young person
• Support rangatahi / young people to work towards and attain their goals and improve outcomes
