Weston School is seeking a passionate and skilled educator to join our team in the vital role of SENCO and intervention teacher (both literacy and maths).

The SENCO / intervention teacher will :
Coordinate and lead learning and behavioural support for students across the school.Provide targeted teaching interventions for individuals and small groups.Support and upskill teachers and learning assistants to ensure effective classroom practice and inclusive approaches.Build strong, positive relationships with whanau, specialists, and external agencies to support learner success.
