Online Counselling Services

Hi, my name is David. I'm a growth Coach based in Auckland, offering non-judgemental and effective coaching. My goal is to provide insights and teach you the skills to help you deal with what you are facing.

Couples wanting to improve their relationship and communication.

Parents wanting to find new ways to support their kids.

Services Offered

My aim is to provide clients with insights, knowledge, and skills to make the changes they need.

For individuals, I help those wanting to grow or learn new communication skills, and assist those feeling frustrated, trapped, stuck, confused, anxious, or depressed.

For couples, I help identify communication and conflict styles that aren't working and teach new communication skills to increase intimacy.

For parents, I teach skills to communicate more effectively with their children and help them process their emotions.

I also offer spiritual guidance to enable people to connect inwardly and find more meaning in life.

Counselling Approach

My approach involves :

Helping people uncover and explore what is not working for them.

Teaching frameworks and skills to meet their needs and make desired changes.
