About the Role

The Resourcing Coordinator plays a key delivery-level role in supporting and coordinating resource allocation across multiple projects and programs as well as managing the contingent workforce for Digital Services. This position is integral to portfolio planning and project initiation, ensuring timely and efficient mobilisation of resources. The role involves ongoing management of demand and supply for resources across the portfolio, working closely with portfolio managers, project and programme managers, and capability leads. The Resourcing Coordinator helps to optimise resource allocation and proactively addresses capability and capacity gaps, ensuring projects are staffed effectively to meet strategic objectives.

About the Team / Service / Location

The Resourcing Coordinator sits within the Capability & Delivery Group, which is part of the broader Digital Delivery function under the wider Digital Services group. Reporting to the GM Capability & Delivery, this role is dedicated to supporting the effective delivery of multiple projects and programmes through strategic resource planning and coordination. The team focuses on ensuring optimal resource allocation, addressing capability and capacity gaps, and facilitating smooth project mobilisation across the portfolio including the management of the contingent workforce for Digital Services.

About you

You are an experienced Resourcing Coordinator with a strong background operating in complex IT portfolios and resource allocation within fast-paced technology environments. You bring a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders. With a detail-oriented and proactive approach, you excel at planning, scheduling, estimating and sourcing resource needs to support successful project delivery. You are committed to driving efficient resource management that aligns with organisational priorities and enables seamless project execution.

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role or related field within a technology organisation
  • Proven track record of managing resourcing across multiple complex projects and initiatives
  • Strong experience in scheduling, planning, and estimation within dynamic delivery teams
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
