The SENCO / intervention teacher will :

• Coordinate and lead learning and behavioural support for students across the school.
• Provide targeted teaching interventions for individuals and small groups.
• Support and upskill teachers and learning assistants to ensure effective classroom practice and inclusive approaches.
• Build strong, positive relationships with whānau, specialists, and external agencies to support learner success.
