Welder

Tradestaff Tauranga are looking for a Welder to join us.

You will need experience in MIG and TIG Welding.

This role is on more of a part time basis to start but there will be potential to build hours.

Key Responsibilities

Welding Grates and cutting materials from detailed drawings and blueprints

Measure, cut, drill, grind, and assemble steel sections to spec

Operate Welding tools, hand tools, and workshop machinery safely

Communicate clearly with welders, supervisors, and quality control staff

Prior experience with MIG and TIG Welding

Requirements

Proven Welding experience in New Zealand

Skilled in blueprint reading and accurate layout work

Proficient with Welding and power tools

Reliable with strong communication skills

Must pass a pre-employment Drug Test and have a clean MOJ
