Health & Safety Advisor – Vitaco Group

Reporting to the Safety & Sustainability Manager, the Health & Safety Advisor plays a key role in supporting Vitaco’s mission to empower healthier lives. The role provides first‑line advice and hands‑on support for health, safety, and employee well‑being initiatives, helping to build a proactive safety culture across the business.

Key responsibilities include :

• Act as the first point of contact for health, safety, and injury‑management queries.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the H&S Committee.
• Support incident investigations and maintain the risk register in ecoPortal.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and mandatory training.
• Champion wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities.
• Maintain ecoPortal and provide training as needed.
