Health & Safety Advisor – Vitaco Group
Reporting to the Safety & Sustainability Manager, the Health & Safety Advisor plays a key role in supporting Vitaco’s mission to empower healthier lives. The role provides first‑line advice and hands‑on support for health, safety, and employee well‑being initiatives, helping to build a proactive safety culture across the business.
Key responsibilities include :
- Act as the first point of contact for health, safety, and injury‑management queries.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the H&S Committee.
- Support incident investigations and maintain the risk register in ecoPortal.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and mandatory training.
- Champion wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities.
- Maintain ecoPortal and provide training as needed.
What you will bring :
2+ years’ experience in a Health & Safety advisory position, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.Tertiary qualification in HR, Safety, or a relevant business discipline.Strong knowledge of contemporary health and safety strategies and practices.Excellent Microsoft 365 skills (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot).Experience with HRIS or safety databases (ecoPortal experience a plus).Understanding of H&S legislation and case law in an ANZ context.Excellent communication, stakeholder liaison, and time‑management skills.Initiative, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement.What we offer :
