As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll deliver warm, professional service across our restaurant, bar, room service, conferencing, and events.

You'll be part of a passionate team focused on creating memorable experiences.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers, providing a warm and professional welcome

Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary needs

Serve meals and drinks efficiently and in line with presentation standards

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including resetting and restocking

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

Process payments accurately and promote menu specials where appropriate

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Valid New Zealand working rights
