Chief Executive Officer - Hawke'S Bay Water Services Cco

OverviewHawke's Bay Water Services CCO is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead the creation and delivery of water services across the region.

This 24-month fixed-term role will oversee the setup and transition to a Water Services Council Controlled Organisation (WSCCO), responsible for delivering drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater services throughout Hawke's Bay.

As Establishment CEO, you will manage the initial scoping, planning, and implementation phases, working closely with Hawke's Bay Councils to ensure the organisation is fully operational by July

You will report directly to the Chair of the Establishment Board.The Opportunity – Te AheingaThis is a rare opportunity to lead the establishment and growth of the WSCCO.

You will be responsible for shaping the organisation from inception, defining its strategy, operating model, culture, and governance frameworks.

Your leadership will ensure the WSCCO is ready to deliver safe, sustainable, and efficient water services for the region.
