Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Auckland for a Food And Beverage Supervisor.

The Food And Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining inventory levels.

Qualifications

Experience in food and beverage management and customer service

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of inventory management and cost control

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays

Relevant certifications in hospitality or food safety are a plus

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
