Ecommerce Specialist

We're looking for a motivated eCommerce Specialist to join our Online Retail team.

In this role, you'll shape how members earn and redeem Airpoints Dollars, working with brands to ensure our Airpoints Store delivers a best-in-class experience.About the roleThe ideal candidate will have a passion for eCommerce, the ability to handle high volumes in a fast-paced environment, an excellent understanding of customer behaviour, and a track record of implementing successful strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

You'll work across many aspects of eCommerce to offer exciting rewards to our Airpoints members.Develop and launch promotions with supplier partnersUpload and manage product ranges and content on our eCommerce siteUse analytics to recommend product selection and improve conversionCollaborate with marketing, developers and customer service to deliver seamless campaignsContribute to site enhancements that improve customer experience and drive transactionsMonitor results and share insights to optimise future campaignsOur ideal candidateYou will be an experienced and driven eCommerce specialist with solid knowledge of eCommerce and CMS systemsStrong command of digital analytics platforms to leverage data and customer insights to optimise digital conversionAbility to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detailStrong interpersonal and team player skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisationCommercially savvy with a good understanding of what drives online salesAbility to handle high-volume processing tasks in a fast-paced environmentBenefits and additional informationThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-centric champion that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
