Opportunity
The Portfolio Manager - Clinical & Practice Services position plays a key role in the management of our contracts and programmes. It also supports the implementation of aspects of our Population Health Strategy. It achieves this through pragmatic engagement across the ProCare network, ensuring delivery against a variety of DHB and non-DHB projects, programmes or service lines.
A crucial link between various ProCare departments, this role will take complete ownership of their allocated project / programme works, ensuring the various work-streams are managed in line with contract budgets and deliverables.
This position will also be required to proactively provide performance reporting on the status of all allocated work, flagging any issues or obstacles as early as possible and escalating as needed.
