About The Role
As a UX Writer, you will deliver great user experiences to our digital channels, supporting updates to content and optimizing our marketing campaigns to be more customer-centric.
Day To Day
Collaborate with the UX team to improve online tools by designing intuitive content flows and perfecting microcopy.
Use online research tools to observe NZ Post customer web interactions, and advocate for content and information architecture improvements.
Work with Marketing & Communications and Content Production teams to ensure online messaging is clear, engaging and relevant.
Drive the vision for product content, ensuring tactical execution to deliver cohesive product narratives across all digital touchpoints.
About You
Curiosity about customer behaviour and talent for writing clear, customer-focused digital copy.
Proven experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and usability studies (online and in-person).
Strong analytical skills and an interest in behavioural analysis and statistical concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to relay complex information simply and concisely.
Proficiency in online testing tools and presentation software to deliver high-quality, visually engaging content.
