Employment type : Part‑time 24 hours per week (Mon / Tue / Wed). Fixed term until October 2026 covering parental leave. Flexible scheduling is possible.

About The Role

As a UX Writer, you will deliver great user experiences to our digital channels, supporting updates to content and optimizing our marketing campaigns to be more customer‑centric.

Day To Day

• Collaborate with the UX team to improve online tools by designing intuitive content flows and perfecting microcopy.
• Use online research tools to observe NZ Post customer web interactions, and advocate for content and information architecture improvements.
• Work with Marketing & Communications and Content Production teams to ensure online messaging is clear, engaging and relevant.
• Drive the vision for product content, ensuring tactical execution to deliver cohesive product narratives across all digital touchpoints.
