As a Duty Manager at EVENT Cinemas Manukau, you'll assist in managing the day-to-day operation of our cinema to ensure we exceed our customers' expectations whilst maximising our profits.
Responsibilities of the role will include :
- Monitoring SPH & Admissions as well as ensuring targets are met
- Creating a working environment where our team members can reach their full potential
- Demonstrating professional behaviours & modelling our values to all team members
- Helping to lead our team, including rewarding & recognising strong performance, coaching & development as well as performance management
- Providing excellence in service to our customers
- Ensuring operations and business runs smoothly in the absence of the Cinema Manager
