CowManager has big ambitions and is expanding in New Zealand.As our Dairy Success Manager in the Taranaki region, you play a vital role in maximizing the value our customers get from their systems.
You will provide support, proactive monitoring, and ongoing training, ensuring farmers benefit from our technology every day.The JobBased in the Taranaki Region, your responsibilities will include : Technical support : First point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.System monitoring : Daily checks of active CowManager systems; identify and escalate issues (bugs, incidents, performance concerns) to the Dutch support team.Training and coaching : Provide on-site and remote training (via TeamViewer) to farmers to optimize system use and support long-term adoption.Interface support : Assist with hardware installations and data integrations with herd management systems.Relationship building : Maintain strong communication with farmers, dealers, and the NZ sales team.Feedback collection : Gather input from the field and relay to CowManager product and support teams for continuous improvement.After Sales training to help dairy farmers experience the full value of CowManager and gain the maximum benefits from the system.You will work closely together with the dealer team / sales reps in NZ and the CowManager Support team in the Netherlands.About CowManagerCowManager is an innovative and international company in the agricultural sector.
