Electrical Supervisor

Overview

Electrical Supervisor – We're on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a large team on a high-profile project.

This is a great opportunity to take charge of day-to-day operations while ensuring work is delivered to high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Location : Bay of PlentyPay rate : $65 per hour (Experience Dependent)

Responsibilities

Supervise, organise, and provide technical direction to electrical staff

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical works

Ensure quality and compliance with project specs and industry standards

Implement and monitor health & safety protocols on site

Coordinate with wider project team to meet deadlines

Inspect and evaluate work completed by staff and contractors

To be successful in this role, you'll need

Current Site Safe certification

EWRB registration

Full NZ driver's licence

Proven leadership skills and team coordination experience

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems

Excellent communication and a detail-focused mindset

Previous experience on solar farm projects (highly desirable)
