Do you enjoy helping and motivating people?

As Operations Supervisor you will focus on providing direction and support for our urban driving team to ensure we are delivering top quality services and keeping the wheels moving for our local community.

Responsibilities

Engage and work closely with our team of drivers whilst fostering an environment that everyone wants to be a part of and brings out the best in our people.

Drive the day-to-day delivery of our urban services, ensuring we operate reliable and effective transport by assigning the right driver to the right bus at the right time.

Be a health and safety champion, whilst proactively promoting a mindset and culture which focuses on the safety and the wellbeing of our teams.

Work with our yard and workshop teams to communicate effectively and enhance the operational capability of the business to enable consistent high quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Someone who is customer service focussed, who puts customers first always, and understands the importance of exceptional service.

A passionate communicator who enjoys communicating with people at all levels.

A resilient and caring person who champions excellence.

A skilled multitasker, with the ability to adapt when things change and remain calm under pressure and maintain consistent attention to detail.

A passion for the transport industry with an eagerness to learn and develop their skillset in the operations area.
